Earned All-KCAC Cross Country honors...Named to the Dean's Honor Roll.

Before Southwestern:
Ran Cross Country & Track at Ness City High School in Ness City, Kan. ...Holds the NCHS 1600 meter record...Is also a cross country record holder at NCHS...Helped guide the Eagles to two Kansas 1A State Cross Country Championships...Won state championships in the 1,600 and 3,200 meter runs...was a member of a state-champion 4x800 meter relay team.
