As a Freshman (2010-11):

Before Southwestern:
Ran Cross Country & Track at Jefferson West High School in Meriden, Kan. ...Ran a 5K personal best time of 17:17...Posted a 10:54 as a personal-best in the track two-mile. ...Three-time All-Big 7 honoree in cross country...Was the 2009 Big 7 League Cross Country Championship Runner-Up...Earned multiple All-Big 7 honors in track.
