Zach Conroy, Jordan Jarnagin
Cross Country and Track runner Zach Conroy along with Women's Baseketball player Jordan Jarnagin were both awarded with the Oustanding Student-Athlete award on Wednesday.
The Outstanding Student-Athlete Award comes out of the generosity and support of Bill and Georgianna Young. The Youngs are longtime Moundbuilder fans who demonstrate their loyalty not only through their presence at sporting events, but also by employing athletes in their business, and through their financial generosity. This award is given in memory of their daughter, Tracy, a 1982 graduate and cheerleader at Southwestern College.
This annual award is presented to the senior female and male student-athlete who demonstrates exceptional performance in the following areas: Athletics, Academics, Leadership, College, and Community Service. Below is a picture of all of the nominees along with Bill and Georgianna Young.
