Southwestern competed in the Cowley Invitational on March 29th.  The women's team had a strong meet considering it was the first meet off of spring break. 

Paige Carswell achieved an "A" standard mark in the Triple Jump with her best jump of the outdoor season.  Kari Roth also earned a "B" standard mark in the 400M Hurdles.
