Salina, Kan. - The Lady Builders played one half even with the Coyotes from Kansas Wesleyan but came up short in the second half. The game was tied at 28 all at the end of the first half but the shooting struggles began for Southwestern in the second half as they fell to KWU 43-59. 

Southwestern was led by Jasmine Manuel who finished with 10 points and Tyler Hartfield who pulled down 13 rebounds.

Southwestern (20-8Overall, 13-5 KCAC) will take on Tabor College on Wednesday, Feb 24, at 7 p.m. in the first round of the KCAC Tournament in Winfield, Kan.
