Wichita, Kan. - The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference has named Southwestern golfer Raleigh Hughes (Keller, TX) as the KCAC Golfer-of-the-Week. 

Hughes won the South Central Kansas Spring Invitational this past week which was hosted by Southwestern College and played at Quail Ridge in Winfield.  Hughes shot one-under 71 to win by one shot in an event that was shortned to only one round because of heavy rain.  Hughes also led the Builders to a team victory in the tournament.  

Southwestern men's golf, who is receiving votes in the latest poll, will be in action again next week when the Builders travel to Sand Creek Station in Newton, Kansas to compete in the Betehl College Spring Invitational.
