DENVER, Colo. – The Southwestern College men's soccer team finished its Colorado trip with a game against Johnson & Wales (Colo.) Sunday afternoon.  The Moundbuilders came up on the short end of a 2-0 decision to the Wildcats.

The Basics…
Southwestern (0-5) struck early against Johnson & Wales (3-4), taking a shot at the Wildcat keeper just under a minute into the match, but opportunities from there on were limited.  The Wildcats outshot the Moundbuilders 17-7.

How it Happened…
-Johnson & Wales scored its first goal in the 22nd minute of the game.
-The Wildcats scored its final goal of the game at the 62:04 mark, making the final decision, 2-0.

Inside the Box Score…
-Southwestern was outshot by Johnson & Wales, 17-7.  The Moundbuilders took three shots in the first half, and four in the second half.
-Arlington, Texas native, Chandler Hall led the Moundbuilder offense with three shots in the match.
-Junior Dean Wilson got the start in the net and had a total of 10 saves, but allowed two goals.

What's Next…
Southwestern will be on the road September 16 to face Saint Gregory's University.  The match will take place at 5 p.m. in Shawnee, Okla.
